We process all orders within 1–3 working days.
Local deliveries take 3–5 business days via courier (SGD 5 flat rate).
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

🌏 International shipping available — email us at hello@as-in.co for a quote if your country isn’t listed at checkout.
Note: Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team with photos.

We deliver islandwide in Singapore, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days once shipped.

We want you to love your purchase — but if it’s not quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached.
📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.
